Pavel Kiryukhantsev shared his decision to retire from the Board of Directors of Joint Stock «Volga Shipping».

Earlier, in April 2022, Oleg Bukin resigned from the Board of Directors of the company (in June he was expelled from the Board of Directors by the decision of the shareholders' meeting).

Pavel Kiryukhantsev do not take part in the meetings of the Board of Directors.
