Joint Stock Company Volga Shipping (Volga-Flot JSC) announces changes in the composition of its Board of Directors.
On April 8, 2022 Oleg Yuryevich Bukin resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Volga-Flot JSC ahead of schedule. Since that date, he has not participated in working meetings and voting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
