Joint Stock Company Volga Shipping (Volga-Flot JSC) announces changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Pavel Anatolyevich Kiryukhantsev has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Volga-Flot JSC on November 15, 2022. Previously, Oleg Yuryevich Bukin decided to resign from the Board of Directors of Volga-Flot JSC.
At present, Oleg Bukin and P.A. Kiryukhantsev do not participate in meetings of the Board of Directors.
Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors are related to the strategy of operational efficiency growth of Joint Stock Company Volga Shipping.
