Volga Shipping Company presents its new look website

The shipping company’s new website contains information about Volga-Flot JSC and offers convenient and user-friendly instruments for the company partners.

For example, cargo shipping can now be ordered by filling a simple online form. A detailed map of sea and river shipping routes is available for customers’ convenience.

Current job opportunities are listed for onshore personnel and those seeking job on sea-going and river-going transport. Online application is possible. There is a revised section for students willing to have a shipboard practical training with a modern ship crew.

Press Center section offers free access to a Press Kit of Volga Shipping Company, official information about the company, new corporate style elements and media library.

Those interested in the history and current development of the company established in Nizhny Novgorod, one of the largest shipping companies in Russia, will enjoy Our History section, exhibition space “River-River” and a collection of insightful videos about the activities of Volga Shipping Company.

“We have created a new website to demonstrate the shipping company’s changes, to become closer and more accessible for our clients, partners and future employees. For that purpose, we have updated the design and simplified the structure and content of all sections, – tells Aleksandr Pivovarov, Director for Digital Transformation of Volga-Flot JSC. – There appeared an opportunity to take part in tenders and to acquire unmarketable goods. The Career section has been updated as well: applications can now be submitted online without downloading of forms. There are plans to offer our audience more digital services”.

The website has both Russian and English pages as well as a mobile version. The modernization has been performed as part of the global company brand update taking into account the corporate style amendment.
